The only thing that would have made this better was if the owner had driven the F40 to the track and then raced a Spec Miata (the yellow striped thing behind the Ferrari is his racecar) .

Nothing, they’re really cool, I just thought it would be funnier to have an F40 as a weekend car and a Spec Miata as a track car. They were about the biggest polar opposites that I could think of (Spec Miata was the slowest/cheapest class at the race, but they have some of the best races).

SRF had some of the best times all weekend and their races were only supplanted by Spec Miata for excitement, drama, and action.

Personally though, I thought the Time Trials was the best part of the weekend (but I’m more than a little biased since that’s what I was competing in).
